Shipping
Confirmation of order:
All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note: do not close your internet window immediately after completing your order. Even if you pay via ideal or MrCash, it is important that you return to the Pera & Pasha website and do not close this window immediately. This is in connection with the proper processing of your order by the webshop!
Shipping costs Netherlands. *As of January 1, 2025 we have new shipping costs.
These amounts start at €5.99. Orders with delivery on working days that are processed on working days before 16:00, of which all products are in stock, will be shipped the same day.
If your order is heavier, adjusted rates will be calculated for this. The package will be sent with GLS. For deliveries on working days and an order amount (including discounts and excluding shipping costs) above €75, we will ship for free.
Please note! For shipping to the Dutch (TVTAS) islands we unfortunately have to charge an additional surcharge of 6.50 euros. For promotions that state '…… no shipping costs' the additional end country surcharge will remain.
Shipping costs abroad
For shipping to Belgium up to 30 kilos €6.99 and from €75,- free. Heavier packages or shipping to another country within the European Union are between 15 - 25 euros. The correct price is visible via before the actual checkout. The costs depend on the final destination.
Delivery time
Ordered before 16:00 on workdays, will in most cases be delivered the next workday. It may happen that something is not in stock or that the yarns are not from 1 dye lot, we will then do our utmost to deliver the product as soon as possible. Do you want a different delivery date? Feel free to email us: vragen@perapasha.nl or the contact form . As soon as your package leaves our door, you will receive a track and trace code by email.
Would you rather pick it up? You can also do this in our store at Oostlaan 28 in Pijnacker. When ordering, you can indicate 'pick up in store'.
Packaging
We determine the type of packaging depending on the number of products, size or vulnerability.
So it may happen that the packaging seems excessive to you, but we want you to receive the products as they were when we put them in the packaging. In some cases, it may happen that the packaging has been used before. That's right! We think it's a waste to always use new boxes. As a customer once mentioned:
'Beautiful yarn, very soft. I ordered several colors because they were on sale. I don't have a project for it yet :-)
What I also found positive was the packaging; the box the yarn was in had been used before.
I am very much in favor of 'reduce - reuse - recycle' so TOP!'
What we do not do as a rule is vacuuming the bulbs. We believe that the product should reach you as we have it in the store.
We are also reluctant to send our products in a 'normal' envelope. These are often not resistant to the violence of postal transport and then you receive an empty envelope or a damaged product.
